Learning How to Forgive

What do you do when someone you know sins against you? Do you grumble and complain or talk about them behind their back? Do you pretend to punish them by harboring bad attitudes against them for years to come? In Rising Above Offense, Pastor Paul Sheppard explains how holding people in unforgiveness does much more harm to the offended than it does to the offender. Thankfully, Jesus provided a way to rise above other people’s offenses when He proclaimed “the year of the Lord’s favor” in Luke 4, at the start of His public ministry.
